I came in on New Year's Eve with an injured community tom cat. The intake tech Chris was so kind. The doctor not only x-rayed the injured leg, which was thankfully not broken, but neutered our cat, and did a full blood panel as well as gave him a rabies shot. We rang in 2026 at Priority Pet, and I am so thankful for them. The front desk and the doctor. What I appreciated most is their immediate care.

A wonderful team, compassionate and thorough care and support and explanations. From the moment I called to see if we could bring my poor Chipper in last night, Chris was so comforting. He is so welcoming and comforting and compassionate, exactly the guide you need to navigate the wait and decisions, I forgot my care credit card and he found everything in the system and walked me through it. Dr Sharon was so thorough and so kind. She sits with you and walks you through all the results and choices and everything. She is very "the whole cat" and we talked about diet options and supplements. She talked to me about his asthma and arthritis and what kinds of things we could do to make him so happy and healthy and comfy as a senior cat. On a very scary night, they were exactly who we needed. Sitting here with Chipper purring, he agrees. Thank you for helping us.

PriorityPet Urgent Care is a wonderful place to take your pet. It is a calm and clean environment. The entire staff is compassionate and knowledgeable. The prices are very fair, given it is urgent care. They showed us the pricing for diagnostics before we agreed to move forward with any services. Shout out to Olivia and Dr. Hertzka. Not only were the compassionate for our little Penny, but to us as well. They were very informative and transparent during the entire appointment. It was also amazing to receive a follow up call the next day to see how our little pup was doing. 10/10 Highly recommended!

This is an excellent resource for pet owners. We called ahead to see if our cat needed to be seen immediately or if we could wait until our vet's office opened. The vet advised us to come right over & we were seen immediately. Dr Sharon Davis, DVM -- she is an excellent veterinarian. I appreciated how she saw him right away (in case he had a blockage). I did not get the name of our vet tech, but she was wonderful too. Very sweet and calming. What I appreciated most is receiving urgent care when needed and being presented with options for testing with full disclosure of fees.

I took our 14 year old kitty here after she had been vomiting for over 24hrs - I was very worried about her becoming dehydrated overnight. They were SO good with our girl, she got fluids and some medicine to stop her symptoms. The office is clean, the rooms are very kept and clearly well tended to. Their prices were fair and they were very thorough in their explanation what to expect. No hidden charges, no surprises. Chris was working the front desk and welcomed us with warmth and care. His personality is bright and he was ready to help any way he could. Olivia was our tech and she was amazing with our girl. She made sure to take her time and comfort me when I became emotional. I felt like she was knowledgeable and present while with us. The doctor was wonderful. She made sure I understood the results - what our girl was experiencing and how to care for our baby when we got home. I couldn’t ask for more. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of urgent care for their pet.
